A
new retail marketplace located in a rapidly expanding residential area, the site
encompasses 18 acres and is anchored by a major retail grocer. An additional 50,000
square feet of various storefronts and pad sites offer excellent opportunities
for an interesting mix of tenants. Located within the complex is a community plaza
as well as outdoor terraces connected by pedestrian walkways. All were designed
by WSA to encourage public usage. The complex is enhanced with generous amounts
of landscaping that encourage a congenial atmosphere for social interaction.The
developer was honored for this project by The Broomfield Economic Development
Corporation and was presented with the Capital Investment Award for a Retail Development.
